You might have already seen in the vault, and on our social platforms, that we recommended users make sure their receiving wallets support Cardano Native Tokens and are not exchange wallets.
If the wallet supports Cardano Native Tokens you will often be able to check if they appear in your wallet under the 'asset' tab. If they don't, you will need to ask the support team of your wallet or exchange about when are they planning to integrate Cardano Native Tokens.
You can see your tokens by inserting your address in the search field of any Cardano blockchain explorer, such as https://cardanoscan.io, even if you cannot locate them in your wallet.
Alternatively, you can try to import your Cardano wallet seed phrase into another official wallet that supports Cardano Native Tokens. Please be cautious when importing your seed phrase anywhere as there are malicious websites that replicate legitimate wallets and steal users tokens, always check the websites URL as a precaution.
