When buying WMT with BNB it is required to use protocol BNB (BEP2).
Please do not send BNB using the BEP20 protocol.
If you send funds with the BEP20 protocol, those funds are not recoverable by us, and you will have to raise a support ticket with your wallet provider to try and recover your funds.
